The police in Buckhead, Georgia received several calls this week in regards to a strange accident that took place on Monday, October 10. The two individuals who called 911 about the Buckhead freak accident reported seeing a couple fighting inside a fancy sports car prior to the woman being thrown from the vehicle. The police and paramedics raced to the scene to see what was going on.

When they arrived at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Piedmont Road, they found a woman lying unconscious and bleeding in the middle of the road. The witnesses that they spoke to confirmed that the man driving the car was involved in an altercation with the victim prior to throwing her out of the vehicle. He took off shortly after she landed in the middle of the street.

The man driving the vehicle took off as soon as the woman hit the ground. He left her bloody and unconscious body lying there bleeding to death. One of the witnesses attempted to perform CPR on the woman but it was too late. She was taken to the hospital at about 11 pm that night only to die shortly after she arrived.

One thing that was clear is that the Lamborghini had vanity plates that read, “BULLRUN.” The police are hoping this will help them identify the suspect. Once they do that, the family of the woman who was killed should be expected to file a wrongful death claim against him. They may also have a legal claim against the driver’s insurance company.

Nobody else was injured in the Buckhead freak accident. The name of the driver has not yet been released. The victim was identified as 28-year-old Catherine Kahn. Her family has not yet released a statement.

If your loved one is hurt in a hit and run accident, make sure to call a Georgia car accident attorney as soon as possible.
