We hear about these stories on the news but we can’t imagine something like this really happening. Three siblings dead in Georgia after deadly crash. Last week, Bryson Dinger was driving North on Thomson Bypass. He had his two siblings and mother in the car with him.
Dinger failed to yield while making a left- hand turn when a tractor trailer crashed into his car. The tractor trailer was going South at the time of the impact.
Sadly, Bryson Dinger had his sisters in the car with him. Both 12-year old Bella and 14-year old Bostyn died at the scene. Bryson and his mother were rushed to Doctors Hospital.
Unfortunately, Bryson Dinger died at about 2 a.m. the next morning as a result of his injuries. His mother, Tasha Daniel is still in the hospital in critical condition.
We cannot imagine what this family is going through right now. For the mother to be in the hospital and know that here three children are dead is unimaginable.
There is no report on the condition of the tractor trailer driver.
Usually, in a crash involving a tractor trailer, people are quick to blame the truck driver. However, in this case, they have confirmed that Dinger was the one who failed to yield. Although no official statement has been released, it appears that the young man was the person responsible in this case.
At some point, the lawyers for both Tasha Daniel and the truck driver will have to sort this out. Daniel may attempt to file a claim for wrongful death against the driver’s insurance company. Likewise, the truck driver may file his own claim if he was actually injured in the crash.
