Myrtle Beach, SC (December 4, 2023) – Two people lost their lives as a result of a fatal collision in the Myrtle Beach area on Saturday evening, December 2. The accident was reported to area law enforcement at around 9:55 p.m.
According to reports provided by the Myrtle Beach Police Department, a 1994 Buick sedan was involved in a crash on Roman Road near Red Bluff Road. As a result of the collision, the vehicle went off the roadway and collided with a tree, causing the vehicle to burst into flames. Two people in the vehicle were fatally injured. The victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. The Horry County Fire Rescue responded to extinguish the fire and secure the area. At this time, the cause of the crash is being investigated.
