Dallas Co., GA (January 12, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Monday claimed the life of a 12-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy. The accident occurred just after 11:00 p.m. on January 8.
Reports provided by the Clayton County Police Department show that a collision occurred on the southbound side of Interstate 675 in the area near Anvil Block Road. As a result of the crash one of the vehicles went off the roadway and collided with multiple trees. Two juvenile victims were pronounced deceased as a result of their injuries while at the scene. Authorities confirmed that both juveniles were brothers. A third victim, identified as their other brother, age 14, was severely hurt. The victim was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he was admitted in critical condition due to a brain injury. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
