Greenville Co., SC (May 7, 2024) – The Greenville County coroner’s office has identified the victim of the Sunday evening accident as 56-year-old George Christian Frank. The incident occurred just before 8:00 p.m. on May 5.
Crash reports indicate that Frank was riding a bicycle on Woodruff Road during the evening hours. As he proceeded eastbound on the roadway, he was struck by a minivan near Angie Lane. The driver of the minivan was not injured as a result of the accident. Frank sustained fatal injuries in the accident and was pronounced deceased by authorities. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
