Aiken Co., SC (November 27, 2023) – A 79-year-old man lost his life as a result of a crash that occurred in Aiken County. At around 4:39 p.m. on November 25, the South Carolina Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a crash on Wagener Road.
According to local law enforcement, a collision involving a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer occurred in the 3000 block of the roadway. The collision resulted in the Chevrolet exiting the roadway on the left side and striking a tree.
A passenger in the vehicle, identified as 79-year-old Samuel Green, was fatally injured in the crash. He was pronounced deceased by the Aiken County Coroner’s Office. At this time, investigations into the accident are underway.
