Rockdale Co., GA (April 30, 2024) – The Rockdale County Sheriff’s office confirmed that two people died as a result of a motorcycle accident reported on Saturday evening, April 27.
Official reports indicate that a motorcycle and one additional vehicle collided on the westbound side of Interstate 20. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway near the exit for Salem Road. Two people involved in the crash sustained fatal injuries. Both of the victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
