Toccoa, GA (December 18, 2023) – The Georgia Highway Patrol confirmed that 40-year-old Rory Windsor lost his life as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Friday afternoon, December 15.
According to reports provided by the State Patrol, a collision took place on Georgia Highway 184 in the area near Camp Mickle Road. The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to go off the right side of the roadway and travel approximately 375 feet before striking a tree. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Windsor, was fatally injured. He was pronounced deceased by authorities. At this time, the crash is being investigated.
