Woodstock, GA (January 17, 2024) – The Cherokee County Sheriff’s office confirmed on Wednesday that a 17-year-old from Braswell lost their life as a result of an automobile accident that occurred on Tuesday evening. At around 7:45 p.m. on January 16, calls for help came in regarding an accident that took place on Earney Road.
Official reports indicate that an automobile accident took place on the roadway near Silver Fox Run. One of the vehicles involved in the accident, identified as a Mazda three, left the roadway and struck a tree. A 17-year-old involved in the accident was fatally injured. The victim was pronounced deceased on site. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
