Burke Co., GA (November 6, 2023) – The Georgia State Patrol confirmed that a 23-year-old woman from Augusta, Georgia, lost her life as a result of a fatal collision that occurred on Saturday morning.
At around 7:00 a.m. on November 4, calls for assistance came in regarding your crash on Highway 25.
GSP and the Burke County Sheriff’s office responded to the scene of the accident and located the involved vehicles on the southbound side of the roadway near Idlewood Road.
A woman involved in the accident was fatally injured. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
