St Stephens, SC (January 9, 2024) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol confirmed that 40-year-old Sherifdeen Aigoro of St. Stephens, South Carolina, lost his life as a result of an automobile accident that took place during the evening hours on Monday.
Reports provided by Highway Patrol indicate that just before 10:00 p.m., a 2007 Nissan sedan was traveling east on US Highway 52. For unknown reasons, the vehicle collided with a pedestrian near Peru Road. The driver was not injured due to the crash. The driver remained at the scene and requested law enforcement assistance. The pedestrian, identified as Aigoro, was fatally injured and pronounced deceased at the scene by responding officers. At this time, the South Carolina Highway Patrol in the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
