Berkeley Co., SC (January 22, 2024) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol confirmed that 41-year-old Corey Brown of Pineville, South Carolina, lost his life as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Saturday evening. Calls for assistance came in at approximately 7:00 p.m. on January 20.
According to reports, a 1987 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck was traveling west on US Highway 52 when it collided with a 2007 Toyota Camry, which was traveling eastbound near the intersection of Bonneau Road. One person involved in the accident was fatally injured. The victim, identified as Brown, was pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
