DeKalb Co., GA (February 6, 2024) – One person lost their life as a result of a fatal collision that took place on Monday morning in DeKalb County. The accident was reported to the DeKalb County Police Department just before 7:00 a.m. on February 5.
According to law enforcement reports, a motor vehicle accident took place on the northbound side of Interstate 285. The incident prompted the police and area firefighters to close off the roadway near the exit ramp to the westbound side of Interstate 20. One person involved in the accident was fatally injured.
