Horry Co., SC (February 22, 2024) – The Horry County Coroner’s Office confirmed that 82-year-old John Farr lost his life as a result of a bicycle accident that occurred on Wednesday.
Preliminary reports indicate that Farr was riding a bicycle along Brentford Place Road in the Augusta Plantation area when he became involved in a collision with a pickup truck. Far was severely hurt in the crash. He was transported to Grand Strand Medical Center, where he died from his injuries. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
