Charlotte, NC (February 27, 2024) – A 33-year-old woman lost her life as a result of a fatal collision that occurred in Charlotte on Wednesday evening, February 20. The accident prompted the response of the police, firefighters, and emergency medical services.
According to official reports, at around 11:45 p.m., a motor vehicle accident involving an SUV and a flatbed wrecker occurred on Brookshire Boulevard near Interstate 85. Authorities responded to the scene of the accident and located an Infiniti EX35 with significant damage. The driver of the vehicle, identified as 33-year-old Samantha Lasha Brayboy, was fatally injured. She was pronounced deceased at the scene by authorities. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
