Swansea, SC (March 4, 2024) – The Lexington County Coroner’s Office identified the victim of the fatal accident that occurred on Wednesday morning in Swansea as 31-year-old Riccy Noelia Menocal Rosales of Barnwell.
According to reports, a motor vehicle accident occurred in the 1100 block of Whetstone Road during the morning hours on Wednesday, February 28. Authorities arrived at the scene and located a vehicle off the side of the roadway that collided with a tree. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Rosales, was pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident with the assistance of the Lexington County Coroner’s Office.
