Hinesville, GA (April 27, 2024) – A fatal pedestrian accident reported on Thursday evening in Liberty County claimed one woman’s life. The accident occurred at around 11:30 p.m. on April 25.
According to reports from Georgia State Patrol, a woman was struck by a vehicle on Airport Road near EG Miles Parkway. The involved vehicle, a pickup truck, remained at the scene after the accident. The woman was severely hurt in the crash. She was transported by ambulance to Liberty Regional Medical Center in Hinesville, Georgia, where she died from her injuries. No one else involved in the accident was injured. The crash is under investigation.
