Fatal Pedestrian Crashes in South Carolina
In 2022 alone, South Carolina witnessed over 1,700 individuals in our state lose their lives on the roads, a significant proportion of whom were pedestrians. For the families left behind, the devastation extends beyond the immediate loss. Many families struggle to move forward while dealing with the mental and emotional consequences that fatal crashes bring. - Lost Inheritance: Accounts for the savings and assets the deceased would likely have saved and bequeathed.
- Lost Wages and Future Earnings: Compensation for the deceased’s anticipated lifetime earnings, providing crucial support for their dependents.
- Medical Expenses: Reimbursement for medical costs incurred before the loved one’s passing.
