Bluffton, SC (May 14, 2024) – One person has lost their life as a result of a fatal accident that occurred in Beaufort County on Sunday, May 12. The accident was reported at around 11:15 p.m.
Police reports indicate that a 2011 Toyota RAV4 was traveling eastbound on Bluffton Parkway. For unknown reasons, the vehicle became involved in a collision. The force of the crash sent the vehicle off the roadway, where it collided with a tree. One person involved in the crash was fatally injured and pronounced deceased on site. One additional victim was injured in the crash and transported to an area hospital for emergency medical care. The accident is under investigation.
