Every year, the United States tragically loses over 40,000 individuals in motor vehicle accidents. In our state alone, more than 1,000 families endure the heartache of such incidents annually. The year 2022 was particularly devastating, witnessing over 1,700 lives cut short on our roads due to collisions. For the families left behind, the option of pursuing a wrongful death claim against those at fault emerges as a means of seeking financial compensation for various losses incurred.
Following the loss of a loved one in a fatal collision, you have the option to file a claim to recover damages. This can include financial reimbursement for medical bills to cover healthcare expenses incurred before the victim’s passing.
