Dallas, GA (May 28, 2024) – A deadly house fire reported in the Dallas area claimed one woman’s life. Authorities out of Paulding County were called to the scene at around 10:35 a.m. on Monday, May 27.
Reports show that a fire broke out inside of a home located on Legend Drive in the Dallas area. A woman was trapped in the wet bedroom on the second story of the home. The victim, identified as a 62-year-old woman, was severely injured. When the Paulding County Fire and Rescue crews rescued the woman and pulled her from the structure, medical personnel attempted lifesaving efforts at the scene.
