Fatal Auto Wrecks in North Carolina
Every year, fatal crashes claim the lives of tens of thousands of individuals throughout the United States. Unfortunately, many of these heartbreaking accidents occur right here in our states. These fatal collisions are often the result of negligence and carelessness on the part of other drivers. Some of the primary contributing factors include:
- Distracted Driving: Texting or other distractions divert the driver’s attention from the road, leading to fatal accidents caused by compromised focus.
- Reckless Driving: Aggressive maneuvers while changing lanes significantly raise the risk of collisions, potentially resulting in fatalities.
- Disregarding Traffic Signals: Running red lights or stop signs at intersections escalates the likelihood of fatal crashes occurring at these points.
If your loved one has tragically lost their life due to the reckless or negligent actions of another driver, your family may have the option to pursue a wrongful death claim.
