Albany, GA (February 1, 2024) – The Albany Police Department has identified both of the victims killed in the motorcycle accident on Saturday evening, January 27. The victims were identified as 51-year-old Michael Jermaine Peterson and 33-year-old Javarious Locket.
According to local news sources, a motorcycle and an unknown number of vehicles were involved in a collision on Lincoln Street at the intersection of Walnut Street during the early morning hours. The motorcyclists were ejected from the vehicle as a result of the impact. Both of the victims, identified as Peterson and Locket, were pronounced deceased as a result of their injuries. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
