Whether it’s due to distracted driving, speeding, or driving under the influence, these tragic incidents often occur suddenly, leaving families in devastation. Each year, numerous lives are cut short due to collisions caused by acts of negligence. Reckless driving, failure to follow traffic signals, and poor weather conditions are among the primary factors contributing to many accidents in our state.
