Atlanta, GA (February 25, 2024) – Authorities confirmed that a fatal accident took place in Atlanta on Thursday, claiming one person’s life. The accident occurred at approximately 8:00 p.m. on February 22.
According to area law enforcement, a motorcyclist was traveling on Interstate 85. As he proceeded down the northbound side of the roadway, he was struck by another vehicle near Pleasantdale Road. The impact of the crash caused the motorcyclist to be ejected from his vehicle. The victim suffered fatal injuries in the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the crash is under investigation.
