Huntersville, SC (February 4, 2024) – The Huntersville Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of an automobile accident that took place during the evening hours on Friday, February 2. Calls for help came in at approximately 9:35 p.m.
According to official reports, a motor vehicle accident took place at the intersection of Everett Keith Road and Hambright Road during the evening hours. The impact of the crash caused one vehicle to overturn. Four people were trapped in the overturned vehicle, prompting firefighters to remove them. One of the victims was pronounced deceased as a result of their injuries. Three of the victims were rushed to area hospitals for the treatment of life-threatening injuries. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
