McIntosh Co., GA (December 27, 2023) – The Georgia State Patrol confirmed that one person died as a result of an automobile accident that occurred on Saturday evening in McIntosh County. Calls for assistance came in at around 11:30 p.m. on December 23.
According to law enforcement reports, a collision between an unknown number of vehicles occurred on Georgia State Route 25. The incident prompted authorities to close down the roadway as they provided assistance on-site. One person involved in the crash was fatally injured. The victim print was pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the crash is being investigated by the Georgia State Patrol.
