Orangeburg Co., SC (December 3, 2023) – One person lost her life as a result of the fatal pedestrian accident that took place in Orangeburg County. The accident was reported to the South Carolina Highway Patrol at approximately 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, December 3.
According to official reports, a pedestrian and a Ford van were both traveling east on Interstate 26. For unknown reasons, the van struck the pedestrian near mile marker 135.
