Port Wentworth, GA (February 23, 2024) – A major truck accident reported near a Georgia Welcome Center claimed the lives of two truck drivers. The incident was reported to the Georgia State Patrol during the evening hours on Wednesday, February 21.
According to local news sources, a chain reaction motor vehicle accident involving multiple semi-truck tractor-trailers occurred on Interstate 95 near the Georgia-South Carolina state line.
