Walton Co., GA (April 29, 2024) – A fatal motor vehicle accident reported in Walton County on Sunday morning claimed the lives of two people. Georgia State patrol was called to the scene of the crash at around 11:30 a.m. on April 28.
According to area law enforcement, a Chevrolet 2500 pickup truck towing a trailer was traveling on Youth Monroe Road. At the same time, a black Harley-Davidson was traveling east on Georgia Highway 10. As the pickup truck attempted to make a left turn onto Georgia 10, it collided with a motorcycle. Two people on the motorcycle were fatally injured. The victims were identified as Melissa Miller and Daniel Miller. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. At this time, the crash is under investigation.
