Washington Co., GA (July 27, 2024) – A fatal accident reported in Washington County claimed the life of one man. The collision occurred at around 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 25.
At around 6:00 a.m., 32-year-old Nathaniel Brantley walked near Georgia Highway 68 and Deep Cut Road. For unknown reasons, he was struck by a Chevrolet Silverado. Brantley was severely hurt as a result of the crash. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced deceased by authorities. No other injuries were reported in the crash. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia State Patrol are investigating the crash.
