Winnsboro, SC (February 12, 2024) – Two people were fatally injured as a result of a crash that occurred in Winnsboro late Saturday evening, February 10. The incident was reported to the South Carolina Highway Patrol at approximately 10:50 p.m.
According to police reports, a 2011 Nissan sedan was traveling on US Highway 321 Business when it collided with a 2020 Toyota sedan. The impact of the crash left both of the vehicles with moderate front-end damage. The driver and passenger in the Nissan were both fatally injured. The two victims were pronounced deceased at the scene by authorities. The driver of the Toyota was injured in the crash. The victim was transported to a local hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
