Alamance Co., NC (April 17, 2024) – The North Carolina State Highway Patrol has confirmed the victim of the Boy Wood Road crash to be 38-year-old Jordan Casey Watt-Wilson. Crash reports indicate that just after 640 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, authorities were notified that they were needed at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Boy Wood Road.
Reports show that a Hyundai Elantra was traveling southbound on North Carolina Highway 87. At the same time, a Chevrolet Malibu was traveling northbound on the roadway. As the vehicles proceeded through the area of Boy Wood Road, they collided head-on. The drivers of both vehicles were rushed to area hospitals with serious injuries. A passenger in the Elantra, identified as Watt-Wilson, was injured. The victim was rushed to an area hospital, where they passed away from their injuries. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
