Clayton Co., GA (February 22, 2024) – The Georgia Department of Public Safety confirmed that Georgia State Highway Patrol Trooper First Class Chase Redner lost his life as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday in Clayton County.
Crash reports indicate that Redner was investigating a previous fatal accident on Interstate 75 North when he was struck by a vehicle during the early morning hours.
