At around 11:30 a.m., emergency officials were called to the scene of an industrial accident at the Carolina Cotton Works, which is located at 14 Commercial Drive. Authorities confirmed that 30-year-old Brianna Danielle Coyle was involved in an accident while working. Authorities arrived at the scene and located her trapped in a machine. Coyle was removed from the machine and transported to Cherokee Medical Center for emergency treatment. Authorities confirmed that she passed away from her injuries.
