Greensboro, NC (November 7, 2023) – A teenager lost their life as a result of the fatal accident reported in Greensboro on Sunday morning.
The Greensboro Police Department was called to the scene of the crash at around 2:45 a.m. on November 5.
Reports from the police show that a car was heading down the roadway when it became involved in a collision on Interstate 73 N. As a result of the crash, the vehicle went airborne near West Friendly Avenue. When the vehicle landed on the roadway, it was struck by another vehicle.
A 16-year-old girl involved in the accident was severely injured. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she passed away.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
