Hendersonville, NC (March 16, 2024) – Authorities have confirmed that 32-year-old John William Spinx III lost his life as a result of a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred on Wednesday in Hendersonville.
At around 1020 p.m. on March 13, the North Carolina Highway Patrol out of Hendersonville was called to the scene of an automobile accident that occurred on US Highway 64 East.
