Spartanburg Co., SC (March 1, 2024) – The victims who died in the significant motor vehicle accident reported on Saturday evening in Spartanburg County were identified by law enforcement. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 24.
As per official reports, a commercial car hauler rear-ended a vehicle while traveling westbound on Interstate 26. Authorities believe that the fifth victim is 57-year-old Leroy Covington. However, they are still waiting for confirmation. The incident is currently under investigation.
