Atlanta, GA (December 11, 2023) – A 73-year-old man lost his life as a result of a fatal pedestrian accident that took place in Atlanta early Sunday morning, December 10. The Atlanta Police Department was notified of the accident at around 2:50 a.m.
According to official reports, a 73-year-old man was walking in the 1400 block of Arthur Langford Jr Place on the southwest side of Atlanta. For unknown reasons, he was struck by a vehicle while crossing the roadway. The driver involved in the accident left the scene before police arrived. The pedestrian suffered severe injuries as a result of the crash. Authorities confirmed that the victim passed away from their injuries. At this time, the Atlanta Police Department is investigating.
