Greenville, SC (April 9, 2024) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol confirmed that 24-year-old Roberto Arreola and 52-year-old Manuel Jeronimo Gregorio lost their lives due to a fatal collision reported over the weekend.
At around 8:50 p.m., authorities were called to the scene of an automobile accident on Old Pelzer Road. Reports from authorities indicate that a vehicle collision occurred on the roadway near Peden Street. As a result of the accident, one vehicle went off the roadway and collided with a tree. Two people involved in the accident, identified as Gregorio and Arreola, both suffered fatal injuries. The victims were pronounced deceased by authorities. The accident is currently being investigated.
