Pickens Co., SC (January 18, 2024) – The motorcyclist killed in the Pickens County crash has been identified as 20-year-old Jacob Walter Noack of Summerville, South Carolina. The accident occurred at around 4:00 p.m. on January 16.
According to reports provided by the South Carolina Highway Patrol, a car in a motorcycle collided on old Greenville Highway in the area near Anderson Highway in the Clemson area. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway as emergency crews worked to clear the scene. One person involved in the accident, identified as Noack, suffered fatal injuries. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Pickens County Coroner. At this time, the crash is being investigated.
