Register, GA (October 28, 2023) – A crash reported in Bulloch County claimed one life while leaving several other victims injured. The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 26.
According to reports from the Bulloch County 911 dispatchers, at around 3:55 p.m., a collision was reported on Kennedy Bridge Road. Investigations show that a Chevrolet Malibu was heading southbound on the roadway when it collided with a Chevrolet pickup truck near the intersection of Ada Bell Road. The impact of the crash caused the Malibu to go off the roadway, where it collided with a utility pole.
Two people were in each vehicle at the time of the accident.
The Bulloch County EMS paramedics responded to the scene to care for the injured victims. Air ambulances and additional EMS units were requested at the scene. A LifeStar helicopter and Air Evac responded to transport victims to local hospitals. However, they did not transfer any victims. One person was transported by ambulance to East Georgia Regional Medical Center. The victim, identified as a female, was pronounced deceased after arriving.
Georgia State Patrol troopers are currently investigating the crash.
