Fayetteville, NC (November 27, 2023) – A 27-year-old man died as a result of an automobile accident that occurred in the Fayetteville area on Saturday evening, November 25. The crash was reported to the Fayetteville Police Department at around 9:55 p.m.
According to law enforcement reports, a Chrysler and a Toyota collided on Stacy Weaver Drive during the evening hours. The driver of the Toyota was severely injured in the crash. The victim was rushed to an area hospital for medical care. Authorities confirmed that he passed away from his injuries. The victim was identified as Robert McGirt of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Investigations into the crash are currently underway.
